Southpaw Boxing Gym is starting a new chapter. Our new blog page will bring you all of our updates, news and observations.

Starting May 2017 we will have NEW CLASSES, and NEW HOURS with two new programs. Pre registrations have now started so book your spot today.

We have committed to take Southpaw Boxing to a new level, to make our gym better, stronger, engaging and more interesting to anyone who wants to get in a better shape, and better state of mind. No matter whom you are or what your goals might be, we promise to find you the right fit.

Our new and exciting Boxing Conditioning classes will be open from 10 AM until 1 PM with a new class starting each hour. We are pre registering now for daytime members while continuing to focus on our competitive members.

We are also introducing an insane class for those who want to take their fitness to a different level, Russian Army Boot Camp, will be a super high intensity workout led by a former Russian Marine and designed to get you in the best shape of your life.

Our new blog has us excited to be able to bring you more information about the club and keep you updated on current events.
